Bruce Lennick's expertise is based upon over three decades of experience in the HVAC field.  Bruce is a “hands on” professional who stays current with state-of-the-art techniques.   Bruce started out as a HVAC service technician, learning the nuts and bolts of the industry.  Bruce has worked at one of San Diego's largest Mechanical Contractors for most of his career.  He has held many challenging positions including: Service Manager, Air & Water Balancer, Controls Technician, Construction Project Manager, Pipefitting Foreman and Commissioning Foreman.  When you look around San Diego you can see many high profile buildings and facilities that Bruce was apart of.

HVAC Building Commissioning:    With a hands-on background in HVAC systems and construction, Bruce is uniquely qualified to take the lead role in system commissioning.  Do you need to verify that the HVAC system that has been installed is operating the way the Mechanical Engineer designed it?  We can create your Commissioning and Functional testing forms including Functional testing procedures.  Most of all, we can give you the confidence that you are getting a HVAC that works the way it should.  Proper Commissioning and Functional Testing can uncover problems that are hidden due to many unforeseen conditions. 

We can verify and witness the complete functionality of all equipment, systems, control operations and logic, and systems interaction to assure they are accordance with the design requirements.

HVAC Design Review:    Provide the necessary skills and expertise to review mechanical designs for all types of projects including commercial, institutional, manufacturing, and residential.  Ensure that your design is practical and complete to avoid costly changes after competition of your project.

HVAC Construction Review:    Provide the necessary skill and expertise to review mechanical installations for all types of projects including commercial, institutional, manufacturing, and residential.   Ensure that your installation is complete and functioning as designed.  We ensure that the systems that are installed are not only the best value, but will operate as the design specifies.

Identify deficiencies in scope, workmanship, or faulty equipment, and bring it to your attention.  Don't wait to find these deficiencies out after you occupy your facility.  Be proactive to reduce the impact of cost, downtime, delays, high energy/utility consumption.

HVAC Training:    Does your  staff need a better understanding of your facility and the mechanical equipment it contains.  We can train your staff fundamentals as well as a high level of detail, to make sure your occupants stay in comfort and you are operating efficiently.

We can also setup a maintenance schedule for you and your staff to make sure that you are taking care of your equipment per the manufacturers recommendations to assure that you get the whole life span of each piece of equipment. .
